The following is our Privacy Policy (“Policy”), and it is meant to help you understand how we collect, use, store, share and otherwise manage any personal information or data that we obtain from you. To effectively and efficiently operate an online business and to properly provide you with the best service, such collection and management is necessary, but we care deeply about privacy rights and about protecting privacy. We value privacy too.

When you visit or use our Site or any of our other related sites, if any, such as mobile apps, related social media or other social sites, or other online platforms (collectively, “Soakest Sites”) that are owned, managed, or operated by Soakest, LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Soakest” and which may sometimes be referred to herein as “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), we may collect certain personal information. We may also collect such information during the provision of any products, features, functions, orders, sales, offerings, means of communication, or other services provided (collectively, the “Services”).

Among other reasonable business needs, the collection of this personal information is necessary to properly provide the Services to you and to facilitate any customer support, and we may not be able to provide you with the Services without it. Accordingly, we retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary for all of the purposes expressed in this Policy, including without limitation to provide you with the best Services and to operate competitively.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS CAREFULLY AS YOUR PROVISION OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US AS WELL AS YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, ANY SOAKEST SITE, OR ANY OF THE SERVICES IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR AGREEMENT WITH OUR TERMS OF USE, THIS POLICY, AND ALL OTHER POLICIES INCORPORATED HEREIN OR IN THE TERMS OF USE BY REFERENCE.

I. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

We or our service providers may collect (a) your first and last name, (b) your contact information, including your email address, phone number, street and billing addresses or any part of either, or other mailing address information you provide, (c) your payment or financial information for processing any purchase, (d) your user content, including without limitation any product reviews or suggestions provided, (e) your account authentication information, and (f) site analytics and usage data based on your use of our Site, Soakest Sites, or our Services.

The site analytics and usage data may include without limitation your user preferences, the time you spend on certain pages and viewing certain products or features as well as your IP address or mobile network, your device information, your browser type and other standard log data it provides, search engine terms, URLs referring you to our Site or Soakest Sites, and other diagnostic data, including aggregated web traffic data. Much of this information is collected automatically irrespective of whether you are logged-in into your account.

We also may use cookies. web beacons or other similar means to track activity on our Site or Soakest Sites to improve our Services. These are very common and are usually small files sent to your browser to be stored on your device that act as a unique identifier. They make use of our Site and many sites more enjoyable and less cumbersome, and are often used as anonymous information to inform marketing departments or to personalize your future use of our sites. That said, not everyone prefers the use of cookies and similar identifiers. While we cannot provide you with any technical instructions or advise you as to your particular experience, you may be able to and wish to decline the acceptance of these cookies and identifiers within your browser settings, but be aware that doing so could detrimentally impact your browsing experience on our Site and others. It’s why they are commonly used.

Be aware that we may also collect your personal information directly or indirectly through third parties.

II. USE OF THAT PERSONAL DATA

In addition to ways stated elsewhere in this Policy, we may use your personal information in the provision of our Services, including without limitation to process your orders and to facilitate shipping. We may use the information to contact you (as permitted) by email, phone, SMS, chat or other forms of electronic communication or by regular mail. These contacts may be for customer service reasons such as in response to an inquiry you have regarding a purchase or purchases, to provide you with any legal or regulatory updates as required, to gather your input or feedback, or they may be for marketing or other informational reasons, subject to your opt-out preferences.

We may also use your information to better tailor and personalize your experience on our Site or other Soakest Sites. As stated, this may include the use of cookies or other personal identifiers. Accordingly, in addition to site performance, we may use cookies and similar identifiers with marketers in conjunction with third party websites to advertise services to you and others, working with platforms like DuckDuckGo, Public Square, Google or others to market our Services through search engine results, banner ads, or through other similar marketing outlets. The identifiers, in those cases, would help us to identify potential customers who may be most interested in our Services or for whom the advertisements may be most timely.

For employment purposes, we may solicit information related to employment applications.

We may also use personal information, including without limitation payment information, to help us, our payment processing providers, and others to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and related activities.

Among other protections in place, Stripe and Paypal both adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”) governed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements are designed to protect your cardholder data and to prevent fraud.

V. SHARING YOUR DATA

From time to time, we may need to share or disclosure your personal information for business, legal, or other purposes. This may include sharing information readily with our payment processing providers and with shipment carriers to facilitate your orders. Some of those providers may be located in different jurisdictions than either of us, and the applicable laws may be different. By providing us with your personal information or by using our Site, Soakest Sites, or our Service, you consent to the reasonable collection, processing, maintenance, and transfer of such information, including in and to the United States and subject to the laws of the jurisdictions therein.

VII. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
