Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. For all other orders, we offer variable flat rate shipping and handling that will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Orders are usually shipped on the next business day via USPS or UPS, but we may use other carriers as needed. A tracking number will be provided once your items have shipped, and you can track your order through My Account or by using the Track My Order page.
We ship to both the U.S. and Canada. Once your order ships, it usually takes between 4-8 days to arrive, depending on your location.

Refunds and Returns
We realize that life happens, and sometimes we all change our minds. With that, we may be able to cancel an order if we receive your cancellation request before shipment, but we do not offer returns or exchanges for items already shipped given the nature and lower cost of our products.

What is an American soap?
With its rich immigrant history, America has been in a unique position to join together some of the best aspects of many cultures from around the world, making it respectfully a “melting pot.” While the synthesis of those ideas and traditions does not diminish the beauty that led to them, it can often create new and great products, recipes, and experiences.
Similarly, an American soap is a traditional style of cold process natural soap that includes both plant and animal oils in its base. It blends ideas and ingredients from the American frontier with those brought from around the world, creating a superior lather that both conditions and cleans your skin.

Where can I find your ingredient lists?
All of our natural bar soaps include the same core base that makes our soaps great. That base includes a proprietary blend of saponified oils of lard, coconut oil, beef tallow, olive oil, and castor oil. (Saponified oils are simply oils that have been transformed into soap by mixing them with a concentration of distilled water and lye.)
For any additional ingredients added to that base, such as kaolin clay, essential oils, goat milk, activated charcoal, or other quality ingredients, please refer to the specific product page. You can also find the ingredients list on the side of each respective product box.
