Shipping & Returns Policy

I. Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. For all other orders, we offer variable flat rate shipping and handling that will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Orders are usually shipped on the next business day via USPS or UPS, but we may use other carriers as needed. A tracking number will be provided once your items have shipped, and you can track your order through My Account or by using the Track My Order page. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email, typically within 1 business day after shipment.

We ship to both the U.S. and Canada. Once your order ships, it usually takes between 4-8 days to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery to addresses outside of the continental U.S., such as to Alaska or Hawaii, can take longer and obviously shipping delays can occur as a result of  weather or other factors.

As for processing time, we usually ship orders placed on our website within 1-3 business days.

II. Returns & Refunds

We realize that life happens, and sometimes we all change our minds. With that, we may be able to cancel an order if we receive your cancellation request before shipment, but we do not offer returns or exchanges for items already shipped given the perishable nature and lower cost of our products.

That said, if you are honestly not 100% satisfied with any of our products, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We will make it right, usually with a return and refund or an exchange, but any remedy and whether one is warranted will be determined in our sole discretion. This is to help us guard against those who may not be acting in good faith.

III. Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to these policies, in whole or in part, at any time and in our sole discretion. We will post any such changes here, and they shall be effective immediately upon posting. We will also post the date of the most recent revision at the top of this policy for quick reference.
